Parkeerplaats te huur Lille - Grand Palais - Rachel Lempereur

Erm…..i had a very mixed experience with yespark, and this was heavily nuanced by the unique circumstances, specifically the riots in Lille. The car park was very secure, the app worked really well and access to the car park was great and the price good. Location was okay. In retrospect we were VERY pleased with not having to park a foreign registered car at a time of such unrest. However, although the app worked well at gaining pedestrian access to the car, it would not allow us to escape the car park. The app would not allow us to open the gate, the telephone number was not accessible to a foreign roaming mobile phone and the process to report the issue did not elicit a response until an AI generated apology the next day. Superficially the support seemed okay, but in reality was of no use whatsoever. Fortunately a resident eventually allowed us out of the car park. So, in sunmary, great location and booking procedure, super secure parking but NO practical support to foreign customers requiring assistance to retrieve their cars.

Application très pratique permets de trouver des stationnement à des prix raisonnables

C'est un très bon parking mais la dernière place zenpark au fond du parking et squatter par des personnes et il y a des affaires dans le box donc impossible d'y rentrer
